Images not showing

I have a large number of folders/subfolders/subfolders setup which processed all correctly.
Using the Tree module, the full tree shows as imported and in the backend I can see the images and thumbs. ( system is still processing the thumbs at the moment as there are over 3400 images).
I have setup the module exactly as per the instructions and created a menu item to the module and points to "Base Set".
The tree displays here correctly.
For some most likely very easy mistake on my side the images do not show when clicking on any of the folders.
