Hello
On-line photo contest with votes.
I create a new category: "the photo of the month"
- The user may publish only one photo.
- You can't vote on your own image.
is it possible?

Hi, this is possible with Phoca Gallery but with some modifications - you need to set limits for upload (in ucp) or in category view (to hardcode it)
