Dear Phoca Gallery Specialists
I am using phoca gallery and it's really fine however it needs many improvements. anyway my problem is here that google or other search engines do not crawl or recognize my pictures! I have uploaded many unique pictures that should come up in google search or any other but they will not show up. for me it's not the matter of time for i have uploaded them over a year!
where is the problem? how can it be solved?

No, definitelly not in Phoca Gallery, as Phoca Gallery just render the images with all its parts (title, alt tag) so there is no reason and no limit to access such images by robots. If the image is not listed in search sites, this has nothing to do with the tool (Joomla! and Phoca Gallery) which produces the html code

ok, thanks for your reply. so I should thinks of another problem. maybe sth else is wrong.

Phocagallery is a great product. But am having the same or similar problem, pictures that are catalogued in phocagallery not showing in Google image search, how does one troubleshoot this?

Hi, I think, this should be a question on Google or your site administration. As written in many posts. Index service (e.g. Google) does not know which tool you have used to render the html code - so in fact the service only sees this tag <img src="" alt="" ... this code is everywhere the same as this is HTML standard - if your images will be displayed in Google search outcome, depends on many factors (lie site power, its seo, keywords, search phrase, ...) except the tool you are using for rendering the img tag - this runs on your server but Google just sees your site and your img tag.
