Hi, there are no changes regarding SEF, sef is produced by joomla method JRoute, every links in Phoca Gallery are displayed in JRoute method, so it should work...
see e.g. demo:

Yes but.. it doesnt work.. 100%..
I ve installed phoca gallery, everything is allright if SEF is Deactivated, when I activate SEF then the big images (once you click on the thumbnail) give error message...
I would be greatful, if you can give a hint..

I found the problem: Joomla SEO and HP Router plugin don't go together in every component. I also had problems with Joomfish.
I uninstalled HP router and now I use sh404sef. No further problems.

I now try to use Joomla SEO with mod_rewrite, and again, klicking the thumbnails for a slide gives a 404 error. Is there something I can do about the htaccess file?

Hi, maybe you need some Joomla SEO plugin for Phoca Gallery (but should not be needed because links in Phoca Gallery are created by Joomla! methods)

Hi Jan,
I solved the problem by turning "Add suffix to URLs" to "yes" in the global configuration's SEO settings.
