To bad you were unable to narrow down a possible culprit. I checked the template and the JAT3 system for conflicts and found nothing. It seems more plausible that it's something in Phoca that causes it to ignore the center alignment setup. The center position of the gallery can eventually be achieved by playing with margins and padding within the template, but it changes the layout throughout the entire site. Anyway thank you for trying and having dedicated your time to it.
