Hi, in which mobile device you use it? Which browser? (it this only one mobile device or all)?

If all, maybe there can be some conflict with the template (???), so you should try to switch to another template (for test only) to know there is no other conflict.

Did you test all the different popup (image) methods?

If you didn't yet, upgrade to the latest version (4.3.4) and test the method 14 (photoswipe)
