Phocca Gallery PHP5.4 "strict" Error

Hi Jan.
First of all thanks for all the work you have put into the joomla project within the last years!
I am using Phocca Gallery on a site for several years now. Unfortunately, I was running into trouble wehen updating to PHP5.4 rigth now.
Referring to the Changelog the "Strict...(..)..." Warnings should have gone now after upgrading to Phacca Gallery 4.1, right? But I still found some Places wehere they appear:

Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /opt/users/www/*myURLpath*/plugins/content/phocagallery/phocagallery.php on line 52...

Btw: Is there any popup-slideshow in Phocca Gallery that works well on mobile devices? A growing number of Users is asking for support on Tablets etc.

For now the component was overwritten, so plugins still have such notices for developers.

Popup - I think, this is a question on mobile or tables browser developers. For now Phoca Gallery use a lot of popup methods from different developers (mostly the most used) so if such are not implemented or supported on the devices, then the best solution is to use no popup
