Can't post reply to my asked question!

I tried to reply my post three days ago. It showed "This message has been submitted successfully, but it will need to be approved by a moderator before it is publicly viewable. You will be notified when your post has been approved." I tried many times among these days. But, the message is still not posted. How can I do? Who should I contact? Thanks.
