Prbolem with showing photos

I am using phoca gallery for over a year and till now it has worked properly. But, when I want to add a new photo to a category it doesn`t show up. I can only see a tumbnail with little `x` in the corner. I just don`t know what is the problem.

Hi, try to check permissions and ownership of files, see if thumbnail creation is enabled, maybe some screenshot (via imageshack) will be good to paste it here, maybe the live site

I`ve checked thumbnail creation, and it`s ok. I just don`t know what could be the problem, since the images I had uploaded before work properly. I don`t know what is the live site you`ve mentioned.
