Highslide JS opens too small and imgs have blue borders.

Post by Quetzacoalt »

Hello,

I'm having two problems with Highslide JS (the iframe one, since i need youtube in it):

1- the images, including the ones on navigation, show the blue border of links. In the default template this does not happen, so is some kind of conflict with my template. How could i solve this?

Image

2- The highslide JS modal window starts too small, cropping the navigation buttons, and i see no way to set a min-width/height for it.

Image

edit: so this problem was caused by raising the Large Image Width and Large Image Height on the parameters. Is there a way to use a highter res or should i keep the picture small?

At last id like to say this component is awesome, so simple and it even has youtube capabilities, amazing!

Hi,

1) Do you use latest version 2.6.2? - this should be fixed in 2.6.2
2) you can set the height of the front detail window in parameters, see:

Great, both fixed!

Now, i don´t know if i should make a new thread for this, but here it goes:

What's the purpose of that refresh button in Highslide? How could I get rid of it? I don't really see the point in having that button there since all it does is refresh a picture that won't be changed anytime, and i didn't find an option to take it out.

ps: for now, since it doesnt do anything, i'm just graying the button.

Hi, sometimes the cache in browser, sometimes some error will stop loading all the image, etc. so there is the button for such cases.
