Intro text above Categories

Hello,

I want to put some text above all the displayed categories. How do I do that? Do I have to use something like componentheading or is there another solution? If I heva to use componentheading, can you please tell me how to do that? I'm using the latest stable version of Phoca Gallery (component).

Hi, for now you can added some comment (description) only to category view (above the category) not in categories view - so this needs to be added into the template (defualt.php) of the categories view - components/com_phocagallery/views/categories/tmpl/default.php

Now I now where to look. I will try to make it work for me. I hope the next version can provide such functionality. It seems to be very usefull to me and perhaps others too.

I want to edit default.php to add some intro text, but I don't have permission to edit. The right sare set to 0644 and I am not allowed to change these rights. How do I change the rights so I can change the php-file?

Hi, you should contact your webhosting provider and ask on permissions and ownership of the files.
