Highslide slideshow difference?

I was previously using a modal window for my detail view. When I'd start up a slideshow, it would always go to the first photo in the category and play the entire category. I've noticed that, with the Highslide slideshow, the slideshow starts with the picture that was clicked on and only displays the photos on the current page of the category.

Is this the expected behavior?

Hi, yes, there are different javascript methods. The standard javascript slideshow can display all the images but starts on the first image or random image. The Highslide JS (only image) can take only images on the site and can start on the clicked image.
