Thumbnails have not right size

First I will thank for this great component!

I have one problem: creating Thumbnails works, but the thumbs has the same size as the original pics.
What is going wrong / which setting has to be adjusted?

Hi, you need to set thumbnails size in parameters, it depends on you which size will have thumbnails, see:
