I purchased your product and working through getting things going. Then i noticed that once an image has been uploaded into the system, it appears that i am unable to edit the description? Is this the way the Gallery is designed or am I missing a configuration somewhere?
Thanks...

what happens if you go to phoca gallery > images, then tick an image and press edit? On the bottom you should see a description field and you should be able to edit this.

Hey Carolien, thanks for the response. Yes, that was where I'd expect to be able to edit the description. There is a box for the description, I can edit it, but changes do not take. I reset permissions for the entire site to 777, but still can't edit descriptions. I can change titles and other fields however - just not the description. No problems with category edits. Can create new ones and change description. But can't do anything with individual image descriptions. Puzzled.
Could you try to reinstall the 2.2.4 version again? You can just treat it like a normal upgrade, so press upgrade when you have the choice between install and upgrade.

Yep, it a weird one. I did discover that the problem is only on IE. I've tried it on two machines (One XP the other Vista) and both machines don't work with IE7, but both work with Firefox and Safari. Perhaps that can help isolate the problem.
