Registered category won't show

Hi, i make gracefull use of your great component.
I have public categories and registered categories.
But the registered categorie won't show up after i log-in as a registered user.
I have update to the latest version 2.2.3, but the fault remains.

Your advice please, thanks very much.

yeah yeah i know, look at the manual.

I use the dutch translated version. And ACCESS LEVEL is correct translated, but ACCESS RIGHTS is not so handy translated.
That's why i was confused.
It works now. I hope i did not translate this one
