the first post warnings are some warnings in quixnxt library (not sure what is this library). So this should be a question on quixnxt developers. But warnings should not stop the script.
The last error seems to be not a PHP error, so maybe this is much more a question on server hosting provider. I by myself don't have any experiences with such type of error
