a conflict somewhere ?

I recently installed a local apache server, mariadb and php 7.3 on fedora to work on two websites I have running on the internet, they both use phocagallery module to display images and it works fine, but on my new local server all images appear for a very short time and disappear. I suspect there is a library conflict somewhere bur I am not sure where to start looking...

Hi, on the first link, I don't see any gallery, on the second link, I see images in module position which works OK for me
