Getting login page for categorylist and imagelist after upgrade from 4.2.2 to 4.3.x

We manage different sites for local schools and we upgraded Phoca Gallery from 4.2.2 to 4.3.x.
After the update each menu link to phoca (category listing or image listing) shows the login screen.
We didn't change anything on the settings for Phoca Gallery.

The example site is: http://www.vbsbaardegem.be/fotos/klassen (don't mind the dutch language)

Due of special wishes from User in the past, the Default Settings Of Category Access Rights has been changed.
So, I think you should check again: https://www.phoca.cz/documents/2-phoca-g ... ess-rights. Thank you.

Edit: Check also please: Menuetyp, as I can't see PG & CSS etc.

Edit: Maar, ik kan ook geen Phocagallery & CSS zien. Kijk ook op: Menuetyp in het backend.
