Gallery Plugin not working in Joomla 3.6.2

Joomla 3.6.2.
Phoca Gallery 4.3.1
Phoca Gallery Plugin 4

It's a fresh Phoca Gallery installation with the Gallery Plugin installed and enabled.
The Gallery button is not visible with any editor I try: JCE, TinyMCE.

Is there a workaround (or solution) to get a gallery in an article?

Thanks, it was the second plugin that was missing. It works fine now.

In the meantime I have changed so many parameters, that the tile effect I was trying to get has changed: I was trying to get the same mosaic as on your website, with thumbnails in different sizes, but somehow they are now all the same size.
Could you tell me where to look for a parameter to change?

Hello Benno,

That's the manual I followed, and then it worked. However, when I couldn't get the plugin to work, I've been playing around with the parameters, and probably set something to a value that prevents the images from having different sizes.
And there are so many parameters.....

Maybe the quickest way would be to de-install and install Phoca Gallery again.

I have de-installed the component and the plugins, and re-installed everything: the images are shown, but they all have the same size.

Any suggestions?

Did you enabled additional thumbnails parameter and then recreated the thumbnails in administration?
