Phoca Gallery doesn't show images

I was move my Phoca Gallery from one site to another. Like this:

"copy via FTP from O to your PC all image files with thumbnails and export your database from O, then copy your all images with thumbnails to your server N and import the database"

Phoca gallery works ok with old photos, but if i try to add some new photos, it doesn't show me any of these new. Phoca gallery downloads these photos with any errors and it can create thumbnails with any erros, but it doesn't show me any of new photos. What's problem? Old site works without any problems and there is same php-settings.

I allready found the problem, but i dont know ow to fix it...
All new images (and thumbnails) has chmod 600, but why? How can i change this setup?
