Modal box doesn't show up correctly

Hi everyone
I am on joomla 1.5.7 and phoca gallery 1.8.8

I have just upload my new website online and i now get wired modal box problem...
have a look by yourself

It was working really well on my localhost...
don't know what went wrong?
Any idea?

I was thinking to reinstal or to upgrade to the 2.0 but i was afraid to lost everything....

few mins after....
i found out some other problems with joomla...
like the top menu in the admin that doesn't work...
will try to go back to Mysql 4 to see if it solve the problem...

Finaly managed to solve the problem...
I have to precise that i have replace an old website by a brand new one (joomla too).
I have erased the old website files, upload the new one and swap database...
Gived me really wired problems with modal box and admin menu....

After a while looking to resolve the problem, i have try to reinitialise my server (option given by the hoster)...
After re-upload everything, everything worked fine...
