Newsletter subscription is disabled

Hi,
I use Joomla 5.4.1, mod_phocaemail_newsletter_v5.1.1, com_phocaemail_v6.0.0
After using the button "Subscribe" an errormessage "Newsletter subscription is disabled" appears.
What is the problem?

check again with current version mod_phocaemail_newsletter_v6.0.0

I deinstalled old version, installed currrent version 6.0.0, cleared cache.
But the message didn't disappear.

Hi,
go to: backend --> Components --> Phoca Email --> Control Panel --> Options --> Newsletter -->
and set:
Enable Newsletter Subscription=Yes
