Webp image quality

Default webp image conversion has insufficient level of quality. I have to edited imagerotate.php, imagemagic.php and
imagebgimage.php and it works great now. I used a variable $jpeg_quality in function imagewebp like with ImageJPEG. It would be nice to implement it in the next version.
