detail window in detail page not showed correct without scroll down

i hv try all DETAIL WINDOW but all have small popup without scroll down-up button and not fit , not showing whole pop-up
how to fix that

Hi, can I see the live site, unfortunately from the screenshot I don't see what is the part of the detail window and what is the part of the rest website

Did you try to switch to another template (for test only) to see if it is not caused by the template?

 you are using the Multibox feature.

The large image is too small. The multibox feature calculate the place for the comments:

Multibox window - large image = place for comments but the large image is to small, it should be large so it fits the whole mulitbox

Or the other way is to customize:
