Joomla 5.1 error

Good morning
I wanted to point out that I have updated Joomla to version 5.1
When I go to edit a file, or cathegory, in the backend and click save, it sends me to the error page:
Si è verificato un errore.
0 Call to a member function format() on bool
Do I need to change something or restore the previous version?
