Finder plugin - how works?

Hi,
I have problem with "Smart search" system for Phoca download files on Joomla 4

I have installed Phoca Download 4.0.5 and finder plugins
Phoca Download Finder Plugin (Files)
Phoca Download Finder Plugin (Categories)

Problem #1:
When I add one file from frontend - not indexed.
When I edit and save this file with backend - then is indexed.

Problem #2:
Whe I use extended search - by Category - I dont see all Phoca Download categories.
I have more than 50 categories, but see only someone

Why?
