Can't do second price.

I can't find any place indicating that I want to activate the second price field in order to make it visible on the front end. I found some documentation that said there should be an "advanced settings" somewhere in the items aria. Don't see that. I'm using Joomla! 3. If this is obvious to someone would they please send a screen shot? Thanks.
