Subscribers Information Doesn't Show?

I recently installed Phoca email in my Joomla CMS. I' am using both the component, and module. The problems I have is, subscribers aren't showing in the subscribers sector of the component, and when a user tries to activate their account using the link in the activation email, there is an error. There has to be a simple solution, but I don't know what would solve my problems.

Hi, what you mean with "there is an error"?

Did you test to add the account per frontend module, what is the message when you add an email?

I managed to fix the error problem. When user receives the activation link, it has to be no spam. The problem I do have is user isn't being added to the subscriber list.

I have fixed the problem. For some reason when I use my smartphone to check upon subscribers, they are not shown, but when I use my desktop computer, they show. There must be an issue using my smartphone.
