Important - upgrading
If you get errors when upgrading, try to see this article: How to solve problems which occur when upgrading Joomla! extensions
If you have made the upgrade and you get database errors - just install the tables manually e.g. in phpMyAdmin, you can find them in install folder: administrator/components/com_phocaemail/install/sql/mysql/install.utf8.sql
